Support After Cosmetic Surgery Abroad

Over the years, we’ve seen many patients return from overseas cosmetic procedures with little or no post-operative support. Whether this is due to oversight or language barriers, the result is often the same — patients are left unsure of how to care for themselves after surgery.
 

Common Challenges with Cosmetic Surgery Aftercare Include:

• Ill-fitting or absent compression garments after body contouring procedures such as liposuction and abdominoplasty

• No support bra provided after breast augmentation with implants or fat grafting

• Lack of nutritional guidance, dietary assessment or even, psychological support during recovery
