WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

  1. Send us a picture of your wound/area of concern

  2. We will assess if treatment can be provided in the comfort of your own home/office etc.

  3. If so, we will be with you as soon as possible or at a time convenient to you

  4. Following the procedure, we will provide follow-up by phone

ARE YOUR SERVICES COVERED BY MY INSURANCE?

This may differ from policy to policy and we would advise all patients to check with their individual insurance advisors.

However, we have been informed by previous patients that they were successful in claiming for our services under outpatient benefits and personal accident plans.

We are also more than happy to help with the necessary paperwork (extra administrative fee applies).

CAN YOU TREAT CHILDREN AS WELL?

Stitching and wound treatment for children under the age of 12 can be challenging.

Nevertheless, our doctors are experienced in pediatric wound care and can provide such services on a case-by-case basis. Do reach out to us and we will see what we can do.
