WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
Our fees start from S$400 for a specialist-led post-operative review and thorough assessment for potential, early complications (e.g. seroma, wound dehiscence), as well as delicate suture removal.

WHY IS YOUR SERVICE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER CLINICS?
Doctor Stitch is designed for specialist post-operative review, not simply routine stitch removals. Many patients attend for evaluation of healing, scarring, or recovery concerns rather than stitch removal alone.

Where appropriate, stitch removal is performed under magnification using microsurgical instruments with attention to wound healing stage, skin quality, and tension across incisions. This approach aims to minimise trauma to delicate healing tissue and support optimal cosmetic outcomes.

Stitch removal forms part of a broader post-operative review and personalised aftercare plan, tailored to the individual patient and procedure.
WHAT IS COSMETIC SURGERY AFTERCARE?
DO I NEED AFTERCARE EVEN IF MY SURGERY WENT WELL?
Cosmetic surgery aftercare refers to specialist-guided recovery following surgery, including wound care, stitch removal, scar management, assessment of swelling or asymmetry, and early identification of complications. That is why international plastic surgery bodies now formally recognise aftercare as a component of overall surgical care and costs for cosmetic surgery.
Proper aftercare plays a significant role in both safety and aesthetic outcomes. Many concerns arise after surgery despite an early uncomplicated post-operative course, including swelling, firmness, scar changes, or uncertainty about what is normal. Aftercare can provide reassurance, monitoring, intervention (if necessary) and guidance during recovery.
CAN DOCTOR STITCH HELP IF MY SURGERY WAS DONE OVERSEAS?
Yes. Doctor Stitch frequently reviews patients who have undergone surgery overseas and are continuing recovery in Singapore.

We provide specialist assessment, guidance on recovery progression, and advice on whether further intervention is required.

CAN DOCTOR STITCH MANAGE COMPLICATIONS?
Doctor Stitch assesses post-operative concerns and advises on appropriate management.
If surgical intervention is required, this is coordinated through ZNG Plastic Surgery or appropriate referral pathways.
