Doctor Stitch was launched in March 2020 as Singapore’s first house-call medical service dedicated to treating cuts, burns, wounds, and minor procedures, using everyday technology to bring healthcare directly to your home. By reducing the need to wait at polyclinics, GP clinics, or A&E departments, we showed that most cases can be safely and cost-effectively managed at home.
 

Our work has been featured in Sassy Mama (2020) and Lianhe Zaobao (2021), highlighting our innovative approach to patient-centered care. In 2023, we partnered with Renofa (South Korea) to support patients returning to Singapore after overseas cosmetic procedures. Building on this insight, our founder and medical director, Dr Ng Zhi Yang, received the 2024 Face, Eyes & Nose Prize from the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) for his essay on the future of cosmetic surgery training - a reflection of our commitment to advancing safe, high-quality surgical care.
 

As of October 2025, Doctor Stitch has evolved into a concierge, high precision post-operative service dedicated to cosmetic surgery patients, particularly those returning from abroad. We focus not just on wound care, but in aesthetic recovery - because cosmetic surgery success is determined by how your incision heals, not just how it’s done.
