Frequently Asked Questions

Is this meant to stop me from having surgery overseas?
No. Many patients have excellent outcomes overseas. Our role is to help you understand your plan clearly and prepare safely - wherever you choose to have your procedure.

Will this contradict my surgeon?
No. We do not override or “correct” your surgeon’s recommendations. We help you interpret the plan and clarify questions you may not have had time to ask.

I already feel reassured by my clinic. Do I still need this?
Reassurance and understanding are different. A second opinion helps ensure you are fully informed and confident, not just comforted.

Can I choose to have surgery with Dr Ng instead?
If you wish, you may book a separate consultation under Dr Ng’s surgical practice. There is no obligation and no expectation to do so.
